As a Realtor for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group Inc., you will act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers. You will also confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and fellow agents to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.

Additional responsibilities for the Realtor include:

• Presenting purchase offers to seller for consideration
• Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements
• Promoting the sale of properties through ads, open houses and listing services
• Preparing representation contracts, offer to purchase agreements , and listing agreements
• Interviewing clients to determine their property needs, then showing those properties
• Coordinating property closings
• Overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funding
